When you are really behind on blogging, restaurants close down before you review them.
I enjoyed brunch with insomniac, Ann Marie, and kirkette at Anisette Brasserie earlier this year. This delightful Santa Monica eatery has since shuttered.

Take heart, though. You can still catch Chef Alain Giraud at Test Kitchen on December 10, and he'll have a new place of his own before you know it.
Shame it closed - everything looks lovely!
ReplyDeleteOh, I am so sad that place closed. It was good.
ReplyDeleteI really should stop looking at your blog when I'm hungry.
ReplyDeleteHaha. I've got a bunch of closed restaurant pictures too. But those are mostly SGV restaurants. I guess even the big ones have a hard time in this economy?
ReplyDeleteGreat pics! How are those croissants?
ReplyDeleteSad it closed. Those chocolate croissants were the bomb.
