Mr. Monkey gets the double-double, no onions, with pickles.
He is my In-N-Out opposite.
Cheese fries.
Better than plain fries. More manageable than animal fries.
Mr. Monkey always gets a Neopolitan shake.

Her name was Stella. She was a very good girl.

loooove in-n-out. unless i am more than 25 miles from an in-n-out, it is my sunday lunch ritual... and it has been for over 15 years! even when i was a student at cal, erik would drive me out to pinole for my sunday craving. never gets old for me. :) double double animal style, no pickles.

ReplyDeleteI just can't get into In-N-Out. It does nothing for me. The hubs LOVES it however - his ritual is a double double with grilled onions, no tomatoes. Although on 7.7.07 he and his friends ordered 7x7s.
ReplyDeleteI never even thought about doing cheese fries! It definitely sounds like the happy medium between reg fries and the overwhelming animal fries. Will have to try that next time.

Cheeseburger with grilled onions, add pickles. Fries. Coke or my new favorite drink - a rootbeer float. It's definitely my favorite burger joint, bar none.

ReplyDeleteI get my double-double animal style and just pick out the pickles and give them to The Outdoorsman. I get regular fries and just get extra spread to dip them in instead of doing animal fries or anything like that. YUMS!

ReplyDeleteThis is mildly sad but growing up in Sacramento, me and my friends would make a visit to the nearest In-N-Out (which was almost 10 miles away) a weekend treat. Oy, living in the California boondocks... My order: double-double mustard instead of the sauce with grilled onions, well done fries, and a lemon-up.
